We understand the daily grind of running a local business because we’ve lived it. Billie as a dental hygienist, mastering the art of relationship management, client care and communication. Erik studied web design and app development, learned Ai & automation, and built a strong background in sales.

Together we have built and run multiple ventures from the ground up, including a retail liquidation outlet and a lawn care business right here in Northeast Ohio. We know what it takes to keep the phone ringing, the calendar full, and the customers coming back.
